AIM™

Space planning uses AiM™, a comprehensive work management system designed by AssetWorks.  Utilizing this system, space planning is able to more effectively manage space inventory and produce more dynamic reports and dashboards.  It allows for greater accountability, transparency, and improved optimization of space for the university.

AiM holds the space inventory for the University, AutoCAD drawings, and employee location information.  A variety of reports can be created with the system such as building information that provides details such as where employees within a department are, square footage of offices, and total building square footage which in turn should support improved space analysis.

Access to the AiM space management module will be granted to department appointed individuals who have completed the training modules offered by space management personnel.  Once end-user training has been completed, users will use their ECU pirateID and password, to access the modules based on the permissions they have been granted.
